Mr. xaxxx xgxxxxx visited my clinic in October 2015 with a complaint of Anal warts, with lot of anxiety and concern about it. He was advised surgical removal without an assurance for recurrence.
Size of the wart was unduly large, almost obstructing whole anal opening.
